Day 1 Darlington Point.

Depart Sydney at 8.00am. Travel to Darlington Point. This evening enjoy a welcome drink with your crew. Camp: Darlington Point. (D)

Day 2 Riverina.

Continue to Hay, then stop in Mildura, before travelling to Renmark. Camp: Renmark. (B,D)

Day 3 Barossa Valley.

Travel to the Barossa Valley for a winery tour and tastings. The afternoon is free to explore Adelaide. Country Comfort Hotel Adelaide. (B)

Day 4 Flinders Ranges.

Journey through the Flinders Ranges National Park to Wilpena Pound. Camp: Wilpena Pound. (B,L,D)

Day 5 Marree.

Continue north to remote Marree. Camp: Marree. (B,L,D)

Day 6 Coober Pedy.

Stop at the Lake Eyre. Continue along the Oodnadatta Track to unique Coober Pedy. Join an underground house/mine tour to discover how the locals live in this unique town.” Coober Pedy. (B,L,D)

Day 7 Uluru (Ayers Rock).

Cross into the Northern Territory. Tonight see Uluru (Ayers Rock) at sunset. Camp: Ayers Rock Resort (2 nights) (B,D)

Day 8 Kata Tjuta (the Olgas).

View sunrise at Uluru. Visit the Mutitjulu Waterhole followed by Kata Tjuta. (B,D)

Day 9 Kings Canyon.

Travel to Kings Canyon and climb the Canyon rim for spectacular views of the Watarrka National Park or explore the boulder-strewn canyon floor. Camp: Kings Canyon Campground. (B,L,D)

Day 10 Alice Springs.

Visit the West MacDonnell Ranges including Standley Chasm and Simpsons Gap. Camp: Alice Springs (2 nights). (B,D)

Day 11 Alice Springs.

A free day to explore Alice Springs. Perhaps attend the Red Centre Dreaming Dinner and Show. (B)

Day 12 Tennant Creek.

Visit the Telegraph Station and cross the Tropic of Capricorn. Explore mysterious Karlu Karlu (Devils Marbles). Continue to Tennant Creek. Camp: Tennant Creek. (B,D)

Day 13 Katherine.

Continue north along the Stuart Highway to the town of Katherine today. Camp: Katherine. (B,L,D)

Day 14 Kakadu National Park.

Enjoy a spectacular cruise through Katherine Gorge this morning. Travel deep into Kakadu National Park. Camp: Kakadu National Park. (B,D)

Day 15 Kakadu/Darwin.

Cruise on Yellow Water Billabong, then visit Jabiru and the Bowali Visitor Centre.
Travel to Ubirr and see ancient Aboriginal rock art. Later, continue to tropical Darwin. Mirambeena Resort Darwin (2 nights). (B)

Day 16 Darwin at leisure.

A free day to relax and explore Darwin. (B)

Day 17 Mataranka.

Visit the Adelaide River War Cemetery. Enjoy the Leliyn tour at Edith Falls and stop at the thermal pools. Camp: Mataranka. (B,L,D)

Day 18 Barkly Tablelands.

Journey along the Carpentaria Highway into the Barkly Tablelands. Camp: Barkly Homestead. (B,L,D)

Day 19 Mount Isa.

Cross the Northern Territory border into Queensland. Stop at Camooweal, before continuing to the mining town of Mt. Isa. Camp: Mt. Isa. (B,L,D)

Day 20 Charters Towers.

Stop in Richmond, where fossilised remains of prehistoric animals have been found, before continuing to Charters Towers. Camp: Charters Towers. (B,L,D)

Day 21 Atherton Tablelands.

11 day guest join today. Visit the Atherton Tablelands including the Curtain Fig
Tree and Millaa Millaa Falls. Camp: Cairns (3 nights). (B,D)

Day 22 Great Barrier Reef.

Today enjoy a cruise aboard a high speed catamaran to the Great Barrier Reef. Snorkel over the reef, see the colourful coral and fish from the Underwater Observatory and enjoy a tropical buffet lunch. (B,L,D)

Day 23 Kuranda.

Travel above the rainforest on the Skyrail. Enjoy the Pamagirri Aboriginal Experience. Later, board the Kuranda Train for the journey back to Cairns. (B)

Day 24 Townsville/Airlie Beach.

Journey south and travel to Townsville, before continuing to Airlie Beach. 24 day guest depart this morning. Camp: Airlie Beach, 2 nights. (B,D)

Day 25 Whitsunday Islands.

Cruise by high-speed catamaran to Hamilton Island and Whitehaven Beach where pure white sand is fringed by the clear sparkling Whitsunday waters. (B,L)

Day 26 Rockhampton.

Travel to Mackay, before continuing into cattle country. Free time to explore Rockhampton, then continue to Langmorn Station. Camp: Langmorn Station. (B,L,D)

Day 27 Hervey Bay.

Enjoy a guided tour of ‘The Old Station’ and historic Langmorn Homestead. Travel via Miriam Vale to Hervey Bay. Camp: Hervey Bay (2 nights) (B,D)

Day 28 Fraser Island.

Cruise to Fraser Island then board a 4WD and traverse the sand dunes. Tour 75 Mile Beach, see The Cathedrals and stop at Eli Creek. (B,L,D)

Day 29 Brisbane/Gold Coast.

This morning travel to Brisbane for an orientation tour and free time. Continue to the famous Gold Coast. Camp: Gold Coast. (B)

Day 30 Coffs Harbour.

This morning travel to colourful Byron Bay. Continue to picturesque Coffs Harbour. Hotel : Opal Cove Resort. (B)

Day 31 Coffs Harbour/Sydney.

Continue the journey south to Sydney. Arrive at the AAT Kings Day Tour Terminal at approximately 5:30pm. You will be transferred to Sydney Airport for your onward flight. (B)
